TICKET INFO – 2011

Ticket Purchases: Advance sales are available until the day before the show. On the day of the show, tickets are only available for purchase at the theater box office.

Online: Click here to buy tickets. Processing fees apply for online orders. Tickets may be purchased online up until the day before the show.

Phone (Members Only): Beginning October 10, call (773) 293-1447, Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-6:00 pm. Tickets may be purchased by phone up until the day before the show.

Processing fees: Phone (Members Only) – $1.50 per phone order.

Walk-up: Beginning October 17 at Chicago Filmmakers, 5243 N. Clark St. Monday-Friday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm; and Saturdays, October 22 and 29, 10:00 am-6:00 pm. No service charges for walk-up ticket sales.

Day of Show: Only available for purchase at the theater box office, beginning 30 minutes prior to the first screening of the day. Cash only.

Group Sales: Please call our office for group discount ticket sales, (773) 293-1447.

Payment Options: Credit cards are accepted for phone, on-line, group and advance walk-up sales. Personal checks, money orders, and cash are also accepted for advance walk-up sales. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. Cash only on day of screening sales.

Closing Night Party
Your ticket to Cho Dependent or Going Down in La-La Land gets you into the Closing Night Party for an additional $13 ($11 members).

Refunds and Cancellations: Phone and on-line orders cannot be changed after the order is placed. The Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten tickets or passes. All programs are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a program is canceled, exchange passes will be issued to ticket holders at the theater. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES.

Rush Policy: Even if you have a ticket, you must be in the theater 10 minutes before the film’s published start time or we reserve the right to sell your seat in the event of a sell-out.

Rush Tickets: Rush tickets for sold-out shows will be offered at the theater’s box office approximately 10 minutes prior to the screening. The number of tickets available is dependent on the number of unoccupied seats. Cash only.

FESTIVAL PASSES
Pick Five Pass: $45 ($40 members) – Good for admission for one person to any 5 regular screenings at the festival (not good for any special admissions programs).

Pick Ten Pass: $80 ($75 members) – Good for admission for one person to any 10 regular screenings at the festival (not good for any special admissions programs).

Festival Pass: $125 ($115 members) – Good for admission for one person to all regular screenings (not good for special admissions programs).

Pass Policies: Passes are not transferable. Passes must be presented to the theater box office on the day of the show for a ticket. Passes cannot be redeemed in advance of the day of the show. Please arrive early. Admission is not guaranteed in the event of a sell-out. Pass holders with a ticket must be in the theater 10 minutes before the film’s published start time or we reserve the right to sell your seat in the event of a sell-out.
